BOOKING RULES: PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday. or Sunday (depending on availability at the time of booking) SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. These gorgeous villas are located on beautiful Table Rock Lake in Lampe, Missouri. The Villas are fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. Also, conveniently located within a 2 min walk to the shoreline of the lake!! Each side of the unit has 2 levels, each having 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each side of the villa has quality beds and furniture, 3 full bathrooms. 3 half baths, 2 MASTER king suites and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the patio. When you combine both sides, you will get 2 patios, 2 wood burning fireplaces on the patios, 2 grills 2 kitchens and 2 living areas. Inside the Villas, you will find custom high-quality furnishings, wagon wheel lighting fixtures, Natural Slate and Travertine tile floors, and solid granite countertops. All of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, luxury bedding, and only the BEST mattresses available! The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows. The TWO upstairs Master Suites on each side have custom hand made king size beds with top of the line mattresses. Each master suite has a full luxury bath with granite countertops and one with a natural travertine tiled shower. One master has a small outside balcony with views of the lake, and both masters have flat panel TV's. There is a loft area outside the Master suites with a small futon and a TV. On the main level of each side, there is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with a full over queen bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack n Jill style full bathroom.
