Stairs from the open carport lead up to the front entrance and into the home’s bright, open concept floor plan. The living room has beautiful couches for lots of seating. The kitchen is large with ample work space and breakfast bar, has a Keurig and a regular Mr. Coffee Maker. The dining table is situated in front of Gulf side picture windows for breath taking views during family meals. Doors from the living area lead to a spacious deck with unique arbor for shaded outdoor dining. The rest of the deck area has plenty of sunshine and stairs leading straight to the sand. A hallway to the left of the front entrance leads to two bedrooms and the laundry room. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and a private bath. Bedroom 2 is waterfront with king bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and is a large master suite with double doors opening to a private Gulf side balcony. This bedroom has a king bed as well as a twin daybed with twin trundle. The huge master bath has a double vanity, garden tub, separate toilet with bidet, over-sized double head glassed in shower and a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also located upstairs. Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds that are Twin over Fulls and a large closet and private bath. Bedroom 5 is waterfront, has a king bed and convertible twin to queen pullout in addition to a private bath. This home is the classic beach house offering everyone a perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Recent upgrades include a 60" flat screen television in the living area and the owners have replaced all carpet with beautiful tile.
