The master bath has a walk in shower and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin size beds that can be put together to make another king size bed for your guests to feel at home. This home also has WiFi internet included so you can stay in touch with friends & family back home, don't forget to send pictures of all the fun you are having! Just off the living room you will step into your private back yard with a table and seating for 4 under the pergola making the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. It's also a great place to sit and relax with friends before heading off to the nightly entertainment.  This home comes complete and includes an GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
