This is truly a gem! *There is a max of 5 people including children/babies in the home at any time. There are absolutely no exceptions. *Please note this home has a steep driveway and you will need AWD, 4WD or chains to access during the winter. *Please note: We have had multiple inquiries on an outdoor grill, unfortunately we are in a very high bear zone and outdoor cooking, and leaving a grill will encourage even more activity. We appreciate all guests being respectful of the property and the neighbors. Please no loud parties and no more than 2 vehicles on the property at any time. Please leave the premises in good order at the conclusion of your rental to ensure Cleaning crew can complete their normal duties and security deposit can be promptly refunded. Family Friendly - We encourage families to enjoy our cabin however we do require strict supervision of minors, particularly toddlers and infants. The stairs can be hazardous for them and all minors NEED to be supervised when using the hot tub. Please be careful. All access with the exception of the 1 locked cabinet in the kitchen and 1 locked closet in the master for owner belongings. Minimum age of primary renter: 25 Max occupancy: 5 (Guests count never exceed the maximum occupancy.) Excessive noise is prohibited after 9:00 PM. No smoking in the home. If smoking outside please do not discard cigarette butts on ground.
