Visitors will enjoy clean and luxurious furnishings and upscale beach decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, cooking gadgets, cookware and serving dishes. Linens and towels provided. (BYOBT-Bring your own beach towels). The unit also has 2 full bathrooms, living room, large dining table, plus breakfast bar area. Full size washer and dryer included. The Resort amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, snack bar (in season) and several restaurants within walking distance. What a great place to stay for your vacation! FAMILIES WELCOME! TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE. The Treasure Island Resort front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. The Treasure Island Resort’s parking policy allows for 2 vehicles. Each additional vehicle over 2 will incur a $100 parking fee if space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the TI Resort directly. Our rental group is not able to override or negotiate the parking fees.
