It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor apartment completely renovated with a historic feel of a New England home but with a lot of modern upgrades. There is one queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds the second bedroom, queen size pull-out sofa in the living room, a very comfortable queen size futon in the sunroom and we also have a queen size air mattress available. The sunroom can be used as a sitting room or breakfast nook as well as a private bedroom. A full size dinning room to host family get together. Old red birch and fir flooring throughout. Access is to the entire apartment with private entrance - you will have full access to the kitchen and bathroom never needing to share it with anyone else. Please don't access any other part of the house (second floor, basement, attic space). Access to private driveway for off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.
