You won’t have to wonder when you book your stay in Keystone-101. Our location is close to everything! In ski season, a short walk leads to a groomed slope down to the West Wall lift, just a stone’s throw away. Slide into a chair, and your epic adventure begins. In summer and fall, step off the patio, and you are on the mountain! Hop onto a nearby trail and explore why we call CB the “Wildflower Capital”. When fall arrives, enjoy unforgettable views of glittering, golden aspen leaves. Kebler Pass—home to one of the largest aspen groves in the country—starts just 15 minutes from our condo. Don’t forget to visit the creative, historic district downtown: host to your favorite restaurants and shops. It’s just a 10-minute drive down the mountain! Looking for grub closer to home? The resort base area is only one mile away. Looking to cook at home? Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal. An assortment of cookware, bakeware, serving pieces, and fun gadgets make it easy. Store your groceries in our roomy pantry. Don’t forget to add coffee, tea, sugar, and specialty seasonings to your list! In addition to the location, our amenities keep guests coming back year after year. Store your ski gear in our locker. Grab some chairs and catch the sunset from our west-facing patio. Store your bikes in the bike rack just outside in the parking lot. Use the bike wash station also provided! Grill up some juicy steaks on the charcoal Weber grill just outside the front door of the building. Keystone-101 is also down the hall from the Finnish dry sauna, seasonal hot tub, and coin-operated laundry. If driving in a snowstorm is not on your to-do list, we’ve got your back. In ski season, our free, local shuttle service runs 8:00 am. to midnight, 7 days a week. Too tired to ski back home? We can pick you up at the base area. Ready to go downtown? Be there in 15 minutes. When it’s time to call it a night, wind down around a wood-burning fireplace (we supply the firewood!) with your choice of a book, game, or puzzle from the closet. Start dreaming your next day of adventure when you lay your head to rest on either the King bed or 2 Full beds—perfect for your group of 4 to 6. Or, bring your questions to our friendly, on-site staff, available 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access K-101. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. Dog Friendly Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a pet fee if they plan to bring a dog. Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo. Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.
