RELAX RELAX RELAX! The space Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 109. Our family welcomes yours to our delightfully beachy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on Sanibel Island. Located on Florida?s best shelling beaches and only 200 yards to the water, this third floor unit offers a wonderful view of lush gardens and nice PEEK-A-BOO VIEWS of the Gulf. The MASTER SUITE has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, in-room safe, a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player, and its own private screened lanai is perfect for enjoying a nice morning cup of coffee. The master bath includes a glass enclosed tub/shower combo with grab bars, double sinks, ample counter space and storage, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The GUEST BEDROOM, also with a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player, features twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. The guest bath has a glass enclosed tub/shower combo with grab bars and hair dryer. We think you will appreciate the fully appointed KITCHEN that has everything you need to make a fortifying meal or a simple picnic lunch for the beach or pool. The smooth top stove, granite counter tops, filtered drinking water, and an ice maker in the freezer do make life ... and vacation... just a bit nicer. And we did not forget the blender either! Gas BBQ grills are available next to the building to cook up your surf and turf dinner. The spacious and bright LIVING ROOM leads to a large screened lanai. Relax on the home theater style love seat recliners while watching movies on the large flat screen TV with DirecTV, DVD player and sound bar. Other amenities include queen-sized sleeper sofa, central air, ceiling fans throughout, board games and puzzles, books, free Wi-Fi, and an elevator very close by. Provided for your use are beach chairs, umbrella, toys, a small beach bag cooler, as well as shell collecting bags and buckets. All are easily transported in the beach cart provided. Sanibel Siesta on the Beach offers a geothermic temperature-controlled pool (warm in the winter and cooler in the summer), tennis courts, shuffleboard, a shell cleaning station, on-site bike rentals, coin-operated laundry facilities, and free assigned parking. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent in the on-site office. Conveniently located within walking or biking distance of a golf course, miles of trails, shopping, restaurants, a tiki-bar (next door), and of course miles of shell-filled beach. Linens and bath towels, a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee are provided upon your arrival. Our WONDERFUL staff is a wealth of knowledge and assistance and are on site M-S 9 am - 5 pm and Sunday's 9-noon. They strive to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6, including children and infants. NO smoking please. Pets okay with prior approval from office.
