This condo is located in the heart of Belltown, directly between Space Needle and the Pike Place Market. Short walk to waterfront, shopping, bars and restaurants. All new furnishings, featuring new cabinets, flooring, carpet, and appliances. The space This modern condo is in the heart of Belltown and faces a quiet, serene courtyard. Walk out the front door of Belltown Court and you will find streets lined with great places to eat,drink, and shop. The Pike Place Market, Space Needle, the waterfront, and Westlake Center are just a short walk. Guest access Along with the condo, guests have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, courtyard, and a top floor deck with grill that overlooks Puget Sound. Other things to note Our condo is in the Belltown Court Condo building. The Home Owners Association requires that all guests be met upon arrival and shown the premises as well as the condo. We have a couple that we have known for many years check our guests in for us. You can expect a welcome letter from us leading up to your arrival detailing the location of the condo and a request for information to include guest names and contact information. The HOA requires this info as part of our agreement to do short term rentals. The day prior to arrival we will send out our representatives contact information for check in. You will be met at the entrance of the building and given a short tour of the building and the condo itself. We are unable to do contactless check in due to the requirements of the condo association.
