From the private balcony, you can take in breathtaking sunsets over the sound while watching kiteboarders and sailboats, all while relaxing in your own private hot tub. A 10-foot sliding glass door allows you to enjoy these beautiful views from inside as well. The living room boasts a large flat-screen Smart TV, giving you access to your Roku account, a seasonal gas fireplace, ceiling fans, and wood flooring throughout. The soundfront master bedroom opens onto the private balcony, just steps away from the hot tub. There are two additional bedrooms to comfortably accommodate family or friends: one bedroom has two Twin beds, while the other features a King bed. Both rooms come with smart TVs and cedar-lined closets.
