The wonderful central location has made this duplex a favorite place to make family memories for decades! The open floor plan creates a wonderful gathering space for families and warmly welcomes you to the home. The living room is furnished with a large Roku-enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the sectional sofa. A large sliding glass door floods the room with natural light and the first-floor deck off the living room provides magnificent ocean views. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a cozy king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience.
