Little Dairy is set up as a studio but offers all the necessary amenities and a plush queen bed. The kitchenette includes a microwave, 1 hot plate, a standard coffee maker, and a mini-fridge; the home has Wi-Fi and a television set up so you can stay connected. (The Wi-Fi signal is intermediate and not ideal for streaming or conferences; a hot spot is suggested.) The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a skylight for views of the beautiful clear blue sky. The yard is fenced-in, so your furry friend can run around and enjoy the property as much as you do. The property also has a hot tub, great for use throughout all seasons. It is located in a historic Farmhouse Village that was built in the late 1920s, just a few blocks from town. You can take a nice scenic 5 min walk amongst the tall pines. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January. - Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately. - Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office. Parking: Free parking is available for 1 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended). - Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week.
