Located on Liberty Mountain less than 1 mile from the Resort and skiing/golf; 20 minutes to Gettysburg and central to many wineries, breweries, etc. Walk to Liberty Mountain Resort!! The space Main floor has an open layout with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances and a large island to prepare or share your special dishes. The large rustic dining table is perfect for a big family meal or a fun night of games. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and a 46" TV with HDMI ports for your media streaming devices, cable and Blu-Ray player. The large master bedroom has a huge en suite bathroom and there is also another queen bedroom and modern-rustic bathroom on that level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and one with 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom on that level with a large walk-in shower. There is also a laundry room on the lower level with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use and a second living room/rec room with large LED TV. All linens and towels are provided. WIFI and cable TV also provided. Outside there is a lower level patio, an upper deck, gas grill, and fire-pit with complimentary firewood available for your use. Other things to note Warning! The house sits at the top of a steep but paved 100 foot driveway. There is only room for 2 cars at the top of the driveway. Additional cars must park at the bottom and walk up the hill. 4 wheel drive is needed on snowy days. Driveway will be cleared prior to guest arrival and snow shovels and ice melt are provided to clear the driveway and decks once guests arrive. The small road leading to the house (Sidetrack Trail) has a steep incline once you turn from Country Club Trail. This is a county road and is plowed shortly after a snowfall. Parking on Sidetrack Trail is prohibited and enforced during snowy weather.
