Village Hideaway near St Bonaventure University

This house is a spacious yet cozy hideaway nestled in the quaint historic village of Allegany, NY, just 1.5 miles from St Bonaventure University, 19 miles from Holiday Valley Resort, 20 miles from Allegany State Park, and only 2 blocks from restaurants and bars. A patio, balcony, and fenced in back yard provide plenty of private outdoor space for relaxing. The interior boasts lots of natural woodwork, skylights, and a woodstove for supplemental heat, giving it a warm inviting holiday lodge vibe. The space Guest will find that my house is a spacious, comfortable, family home. It has many windows, including many skylights, for lots of natural light. The exterior of the house is hugged by many trees and shrubs, giving the house a cozy, private feeling. Guest access Guests may access all rooms of the house except for the basement and attic. The host may access the basement through the side entrance as needed and can do so without entering the main part of house and disturbing the guests. Some closets may be locked or delineated with a note as not accessible to guests since this house is the primary residence of the host when it is not rented out to guests. Other things to note This is an eco-friendly home with organic cotton bed sheets and pillows, which are also hypoallergenic.
