The upper floor has a huge king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf front balcony. The en suite bath features a walk- in tiled shower along with a tub and dual sinks. Down the hall are 2 queen-sized bedrooms with soundview balconies and a full bath in between. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is covered parking for 2 cars and additional space for 3 more. A private locked closet on the ground floor will fit your beach gear, and a charcoal grill is just outside. Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission. There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
