The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer and lots of dishes, silverware, pots & pans and gadgets. Master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with large tiled shower. Lots of room in the closet too. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbeds, and another large closet. The second bathroom has tub/shower and storage for your linens. Washer & dryer in the hall closet, along with a sink, iron, ironing board and other supplies. Parking for two vehicles. A/C, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV and all the comforts of home. A storage closet with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for you to use. Located within walking distance to all the boardwalk action, shopping and food, near the lake and yet in a quiet family-oriented vacation community. Relax and enjoy the ocean view from the deck - where it is always 5 O’clock! This vacation town has a lot of family fun and great place for couples. Have fun crabbing, visit Wilmington (30 min. North), the Cape Fear River, Wake n Bake or Britt's donuts, the USS North Carolina battleship, historic Fort Fisher, the Ft. Fisher seashore and aquarium, fireworks on the beach, good restaurants and so much more. And of course, BEAUTIFUL BEACHES! This is a great place to visit all year round. Consider off season when the rates are cheaper and the weather is mild. You will feel like a local! Parking is limited during peak season. Two parking passes will be provided. However, two parking spaces are not guaranteed. Towing is strictly enforced. Golf Carts are NOT permitted at the complex, they will be towed even with a parking pass.
