Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balconies at all. Smoking is only permitted on grounds in the designated areas. Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for those found checking in early or departing late. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
