Cancellation Policy Full Refunds: Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB). For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date. Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund. No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund. Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks.
