Welcome, Home - Your Family’s Sweet Rtreat! Our 3BR/2BA home is perfect for families, with a bright sunroom featuring lots of windows, a cozy ventless fireplace, and a new mini split A/C for year-round comfort. Plenty of space to gather, lounge, and dine together. The main bath has a tub/shower combo, and the primary has a private shower. Sleeps 8: queen, full, 2 twins, sleeper sofa & Pack ’n Play. We’re just a call or text away! The space My home has many great memories! Here are a couple of my favorite memories. #1 Snow sledding at the big hit at the top of our street where the bank is. <3. #2. My Mom, brother, cousin & I arrived home late on Christmas Eve after visiting with my Aunt, Uncle to lock ourselves out. There we had to break a window to get into our own house. A now-fond memory we all remember, LOL! My home is perfect for hosting family gatherings. It allows families & friends to be in one spot, having meals and sharing family time. The deck offers dining and sitting space for relaxing, party patio lights for having family gatherings, playing a game of corn hole, having a cookout (gas grill + a backup propane tank), and a fire pit for outdoor fun; like roasting marshmallows and hotdogs! The home is also great for persons traveling for work who prefer to stay in a relaxing home environment. My home offers several gathering areas to watch TV, play board games, or just chat and put a jigsaw puzzle together. The house is located right in town, close to shopping and eateries. The current River recreational area is located approximately 40 minutes away. You can float down the river by kayak, tube, or canoe any time of the year. Mingo National Wildlife Refuge is only a 40-minute drive away. The refuge is a drive-through park with over 21,000 acres and is a significant migration and wintering area for migratory waterfowl. If you love to see wildlife, Mingo is the excellent place for that…! Expect to see ducks, geese, deer, wild turkeys, and perhaps a bald eagle. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the master bedroom closet & utility room located under tbd carport. Those areas are used for storage Other things to note Helpful information about our home ** Additional flatware & dishes available in the cabinet located in the sunroom ** Bath towels are located in the hall closet ** Guests staying in the Primary bedroom have additional towels and washcloths in a basket ** Hand towels and washcloths are located in the hall bathroom drawers ** Tissue paper, Kleenex & paper towels are located in the hall closet ** Each bedroom has additional bedding, blankets, & sheets ** A Pack N Play with extra bedding & sheets is available in the Hall closet ** Dog water & food bowls, toys, and dog bed is available in the Sunroom and Hall closet
