There are three main bedrooms and one loft. The loft above the living/dining area features two twin beds and a double futon. Sleeps 10 people. Parking for 3 cars. Walk to the lake in the summer and minutes to Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Royal Gorge, and Boreal!
