The Kure at Carolina Beach!

Welcome to our home located right on the border of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We are less than a 10 min walk to the beach and a block from the greenway. This spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom duplex sleeps and hosts 10 comfortably, has awesome outdoor living areas with two porches, backyard deck, fenced in yard, and a private outdoor shower and comes ready to enjoy with all bedding, sheets and towels included. The space Upon your arrival, beds will be made with fresh sheets and bedding. The bathrooms will be stocked with fresh bath and hand towels. Extra towels and linens are provided in the hall closet upstairs, or in the bedroom closets. A number of beach towels are there for your use as well. Essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, dish soap are also stocked. The kitchen is well stocked with most anything you would expect in a home. Our goal is to have everything you need short of clothes, toiletries, and food. :-) Our home features the following: Master Bedroom- One King bed with additional seating inside and out, private bathroom and private deck. 65-inch TV. BR#2- One Queen bed BR#3- One Queen bed BR#4- One Full, One twin -Sectional sofa with lots of seating and a pull out full bed, and a new dining set with seating for 8 plus 2 at the bar for large groups. -Stainless steel appliances- Refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher. -microwave, coffee maker, blender for your drinks, garbage disposal, fully and nicely stocked with pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, dishes and even an ice cream maker -Gas grill -Full size Washer and Dryer upstairs -Decks off the living room and the master bedroom -Master bath features large soaking tub -High-speed wifi and cable television -Two 65" flat screen TVs, living room and master bedroom. -Outdoor shower -Assortment of beach chairs, a cart, cooler in the downstairs storage unit (adjacent to parking). We have 2 kayaks, with paddles and life vests too, awesome! We are continuously upgrading the place. We just fenced in the small yard, built a deck and created some nice outdoor living areas, and repainted the entire interior in 2022. Guest access Entire space. We do keep a couple closets locked for our personal items and supplies. Other things to note Please note this is our personal vacation home, too. Please love it like we do! Well behaved pets are welcome to a point. Our 40-lb mutt comes with us when we are there. She stays off furniture, and is well house trained. Similar pets are welcome. Please don't bring your chewy or untrained puppy. Likewise, if you don't have pets or have allergies to them, know that we are a pet friendly home. Electric vehicle charging is available and free for guest use in the carport area, now upgraded to a NEMA 14-50 for fast charging. Bring your own mobile charger and 14-50 adapter or 120v plug.
