Childs Pack & Play and booster seat here too! :-) The space We have a beautiful and spacious 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom home! Pool Table! Backyard OASIS w/ a lighted 3-Level Deck, Private Hot Tub, Corn hole Yard Game & Gas Fire Pit +++ The entry level features a large living room with open kitchen and dining room as well as three bedrooms including the master suite including a large whirlpool tub and oversized walk in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds next to a full bath. An extra queen bed in a bonus room. We have high speed WIFI to check emails and look at Branson shows and attractions. There is a washer and dryer to use to keep things clean! The lower level includes a second large living/entertainment area including a large theater style big screen with full HD and a blue ray player, wet bar and seating. There are two additional queen bedrooms with a jack and jill full bathroom in the lower level and a third bonus kids room with two additional twin bunk beds. Also a bonus of a full size futon in the basement! The other two bathrooms in the house are 1/2 baths, one on the main level, one on the lower level. Childs *Pack & Play* and Meal Booster Chair We have a two car garage (2 spots for guests) and a three level deck in the back to have a BBQ, chairs, and a HOT TUB to enjoy life! Our home features a Tankless Hot Water Heater that supplies endless hot water! Lots of room for everyone, come and ENJOY!!! Private Home Away from Home for you and your family/group!! The home is yours to enjoy! You have 100% access to the house. We respect your privacy as a guest of our home, however ... lawn service at the house occurs seasonally, and we check hot tub chemicals frequently, even during your stay, to insure proper levels. We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge. Our home is on the North side of Branson and is very close to Lake Taneycomo and minutes from Table Rock Lake. Our home has easy access to highway 65 which will get you to Golf, Lakes, Branson Shows, Restaurants, Shopping, while avoiding the traffic of staying in town in the strip. We love this home and we know you will too! You will want a car to get around Branson. There is very little in the way of public transportation. Brad and Pam Moncado have been married for over 33 years and have three amazing children and three grandchildren. Brad has been in the hospitality industry for years specializing on Nightly Rental and Managing Large National and Local Events. Celebrate Christmas time in our home as we decorate for the season including a Christmas Tree!! **READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. We make life simple for check in and check out as well as entering and exiting during your stay with the use of a electronic key code lock on each front door that we program for your convenience. We will send you details of your code and directions about a week before you arrive. Other things to note When you arrive, we have a detailed welcome note that outlines several aspects of the property, emergency information, internet WIFI codes, and more, as well as check out procedures. We also keep a drawer in the house full of area information, coupons, maps, etc for saving some $$ and for your convenience.
