This relaxing flat has all the amenities for that "home away from home" feel. Only 400 feet from the CTA Blue Line and you're 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. Oak Park Arts District is a few minutes walk which showcases some of Oak Parks trendiest shops and restaurants. Did we mention that we are minutes from the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio. Welcome Home. The space We designed The Humphrey to be fun, relaxing and very inviting. The unit was updated and designed with a mix of old and new elements. We are sure you will enjoy the shopping, entertainment, dinning, events and exploration. You will have keyless access to the unit upon remote check-in the day of your check-in. Guest access You will have access to the entire 2 Bedroom unit except (1) room that is locked for storage. During the summer you will be able to schedule access to backyard patio and grill. Contact us for details.For Events that you may decide to host at our space, be reminded that no more than 6 people in the unit at a time is acceptable. I live under the unit and the building has security cameras for our safety. Other things to note No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit. The unit is designed to comfortably sleep 4 there is a max of 6 people allowed in the unit at a time. There is a 3rd room that can be opened up to sleep an additional 2 people at additional cost. Unit is on 2nd floor. The steps are fairly steep.
