Boho Beach condo, steps from the beach!

Welcome to a little slice of tropical paradise, just a two min walk from the beach in Cherry Grove, NMB! This 650 sq ft, one bedroom condo is situated right in the heart of Cherry Grove, just steps from groceries, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! No need to crank the car once you arrive! Our tiny quiet community will make you feel right at home and offers a cozy place to relax! Choose from one of two balconies for lounging and enjoy the ocean views or take a dip in the community pool! The space The condo is a one-bedroom located on the middle floor. It is set up to comfortably sleep 2 adults primarily; however, is suitable for a maximum of 3 guests only. Accommodations are catered mainly toward couples or a weekend getaway for the girls! The bedroom has one queen platform-style bed; while the living room has an adjustable full-size futon couch with extra blankets. The condo is my primary residence; however, I travel often and have it set up for rental purposes while I am away. It is important to note, due to my dog living in the home, I do not recommended this stay to someone with pet or plant allergies. I take extra care to remove all pet hair to the best of my abilities; however, any pet owner knows it can be hard to remove 100% of pet hair. It always finds it way back. Please also note, this community is governed by an HOA that has additional policies and regulations to ensure the well being of the other tenants and their property. These guidelines are made available upon booking and are posted inside the home. **HOA policies do not permit any more than 4 guests to occupy the home and MUST be 25 years of age or older. Violators are subject to a $250 fine and will be evicted from the property! This is a NON-SMOKING unit, which includes the balconies and building deck space. There is a dedicated smoking area on the property and debris should be properly disposed of. There is an additional fine charged to guests who are found to be in violation of the no-smoking policy. Guest access Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. There is one assigned parking space under the building - marked C2. Please be sure to park in the correct parking space. Other things to note HOA covenants for this community require the following: Guests must be 25 years of age or older. No more than 4 guests per unit. Guests are not permitted to have pets. If you have a service animal resulting in additional cleaning - you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee when necessary. Anyone in violation of these rules are subject to lose their deposit and may result in eviction from the unit.
