Fireplace, hot tub, 4 minutes from Ski Resort ! Incredibly relaxing Swiss-style chalet located in beautiful Chalet Village in the Gatlinburg City limits. Fully furnished home, full dinner service, kitchen cooking utensils and linens. Completely furnished with all appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Soak in our 4 person hot tub on one of our 2 huge stacked decks or enjoy a game of billiards in front of a roaring fire when the weather is not cooperating. The space Our rates are lower than last year ..... no inflation here ! This chalet is up the Ski Mountain section of town. It is tucked away in the corner of Zurich Road halfway up the mountain towards Ober Gatlinburg. The roads up to the chalet are easily navigated and the driveway at Cedarbrook is gently sloped (compared to some others ) The parking area can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. The chalet sits in a very peaceful setting with a stream running next to the chalet. Yet it is only 1.5 miles from the center of town. . The chalet has 2 spacious decks (one of top of another) for great socializing. A gas barbecue grill is provided on the upper deck. There are plenty of rocking chairs and porch swings. It has a 4 person hot tub and the chalet has hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, cooking sets, and service sets. It has stainless steel appliances and solid surface counter tops. All the furniture is less than 3 years old. Each bedroom has queen size beds with thick 10" memory foam mattresses and each has french doors opening up to the lower deck. Two of the 3 bedrooms have TV’s. The master bedroom has a private bath which has just been beautifully renovated with a large walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Both full baths have been completely renovated in the last year with new vanities, lighting and tubs. . There is a pool table upstairs in the great room, along with a 55’ LED TV and Bluray disc player. A large stone fireplace anchors the upstairs great room. The home is equipped with free WIFI internet access and free, unlimited long distance telephone. You will also have access, free of charge to the seasonal owner's club which features a large pool. It is up the road about just 1.5 miles away. You will really like hanging out in this chalet ! Guest access The whole home is yours to enjoy in private !
