All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. Our home is your perfectly located basecamp for adventuring and your relaxing retreat with all the amenities. Filled with character yet modern updates throughout. The home is equipped with heat and central AC for your comfort, fast wifi, a 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen, onsite laundry, and comfy bedrooms. There is off street parking in the driveway, keyless entry, front porch with a view of Pikes Peak, and fenced in yard with hot tub, firepit, grill and patio lights. We have created this space from scratch with YOU in mind and so you will have everything you need during your stay. Living Room Relax on the comfy, leather sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV over fast wifi. Or enjoy the view of Pikes Peak from the living room picture window while listening to music provided by G00gle Mini. Two side chairs provide extra seating. The home’s brick hearth has been fitted with an open style gas fireplace insert to provide extra warmth or ambiance. The original hardwood floors have been beautifully restored. There are side tables with lamps and charging stations for your convenience. A ceiling fan will help circulate the air, also enjoy central heat and AC to easily stay comfortable all year round. Dining Room The separate dining room is through a wide archway off the living room. There is a beautiful live edge dining table with modern hairpin legs and six leather padded dining chairs. You will find tasteful décor and conveniently located wine glasses in the built-in unit. A variety of board games are also available in the cabinet: Colorado-O-poly, Sorry, Okay Boomer and Jenga. Kitchen The chef in your group will be thrilled to prepare some meals in the fully loaded kitchen. Enjoy brand new cabinets and countertops throughout. A butcher block counter bar with leather stools offers an alternate place to enjoy a meal or midnight snack. There is a full-size stainless fridge, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster. There is glassware, dishware, silverware and coffee mugs. You will also find a blender, waffle maker, french press, coffee grinder and Hario V60 for making pour over coffee. We also provide pots, pans, bowls, knives, a strainer, plenty of utensils, grill tools and salt and pepper. There is a standard coffee maker and we provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and sugar free sweetener. You will also find a diffuser if you would like to bring essential oils to diffuse. We leave some bottled water and even a selection of Colorado-made sodas so you can sip and savor some homegrown flavor during your stay. Bedrooms The bedrooms have been crafted to be calm and inviting. They both feature brand new, super comfy memory foam mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh linens for your comfort. They each have room darkening curtains, ceiling fans, noise machines, side tables with lamps, phone chargers and built-in closets with hangers and luggage racks. Kiddos We've got a pack n play, high chair, baby monitor, baby bath, children's dinnerware/utensils and basket of toys for your little one! A variety of board games are also available: Colorado-O-poly, Sorry, Okay Boomer and Jenga. Bathroom The bathroom features a full bathtub and shower, brand new fixtures and tile surround. We provide fresh towels, makeup cloths and spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide hand soap, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. There is a hair dryer and also a first aid kit. Laundry There is onsite laundry with large, updated washer and dryer and we provide a few laundry pods. There is an iron and ironing board as well. Outdoors There are two dedicated off street parking spots in the driveway, and free street parking in front of the home. The front porch, with bench seat and middle table, faces west and has a view of Pikes Peak! The fenced yard is your private oasis with hot tub, propane firepit area with chairs, patio string lights, grill and grill tools. HOT TUB: The hot tub is child locked for safety and insurance purposes. We ask that a QR code is scanned and a liability agreement is signed before using. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the hot tub. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners time. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Guest access All parts of main house. Exclusive access to your own fenced in backyard, parking space, back patio, hot tub and firepit area. The in law Airbnb have their own fenced in yard, private entrance and parking seperate from yours. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of security deposit will occur. There is another Airbnb on the premises. They have their own private entrance, fenced in yard and parking that is seperate from yours, and it's likely you won't see much of them, but we ask you to be as considerate as possible if you do. HOT TUB: The hot tub is child locked for safety and insurance purposes. We ask that a QR code is scanned and a liability agreement is signed before using. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the hot tub. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify.
