The space The house is approximately 2500 square feet and forms a horsehoe shape around the pool deck. This allows for access to the pool deck and views of the lake from almost every room. The master is a separate area of the house. It has a king bed with sliders out to pool deck, a smart TV, an ensuite bathroom featuring a garden tub, walk-in shower and enclosed toilet. The other three bedrooms are on the other side of the house, second master with king bed and smart TV, third bedroom with queen and smart TV, fourth bedroom with two twin beds and smart TV. There are two full bathrooms near these bedrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower combination, the other has a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests staying at this gated community also have use of all Villa Sol's onsite amenities including club house, heated community pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, children's playground, fishing pier, hiking and biking trails. It is a gated community with plenty of parking. The house is at the end of the Osceola Parkway with the road the entrance to DisneyWorld is on. It is also a short drive to Universal Studios and a very short drive to USTA Tennis Campus in Lake Nona. The airport is about a ten minute drive. Other things to note Mobile homes, RV's, and trailers of any kind are not allowed on the property.
