Park right in front, with a handicap spot available, and take just a few steps to the door. The patio is also on the ground floor, so you can relax without the hassle of high balconies. This spacious 3-bedroom condo features private full baths and TVs in each room. Both king bedrooms include jacuzzi tubs, while the queen bedroom has a luxurious 12-inch rain shower with body jets. Located directly on the Gulf, this condo offers unbeatable beach and pool access—just steps away! For your convenience, we provide bath towels, sheets, and a washing machine (uses HE detergent). The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and microwave. A starter pack is provided, including: 1 roll of paper towels 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom 2 kitchen garbage bags 1 pack of detergent for the washer & dishwasher You’ll need additional supplies for extended stays. If that’s what you’re after, please book elsewhere. Our pool is generally heated for your comfort. However, please be aware that heating is not guaranteed. In the event of a breakdown, repairs may take time due to the need for ordering parts, potentially affecting the availability of a heated pool. If a heated pool is essential for your stay, we kindly suggest considering other accommodations. For updates on the pool's heating status, feel free to message me, though please note that this does not ensure the pool will be heated during your stay. Throughout the winter season, our condo is offered at significantly reduced rates. It's worth noting that neighboring units often take advantage of this period, from November to February, to undergo remodeling. Please be aware that any remodeling work is restricted to daytime hours, and this could result in some noise.
