This huge 2700+ sq ft 11 room house is perfect for that family get together! 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa allow 13 people to sleep in perfect comfort. 740 Bungalow has been newly updated and just arrived on the market. We offer 300+ megabyte wifi speed throughout the house and a free washer and dryer to help you keep pace with the kids' dirty clothes. The kids and dads/moms can play football in an enormous grassed back yard. There is also a ping pong table in the game room! We will send the 4 digit door code to the property around 3 pm the day you arrive...and often earlier! Guests have access to the entire property. I am available by text between 7 am and 10 pm. Columbus offers a vibrant nightlife many wonderful restaurants and clubs. The Historic District is a great place to walk and admire the many newly refurbished homes. Everything you may need is within blocks. You are already downtown, so walking or biking is recommended. You can rent a bike for the duration of your stay at Ride On Bikes. See Bussey Guidebook. Also Uber and Lyft are always only a ccouple of minutes away. Please remove shoes just inside the front door. Most of the house has carpet. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF TYPE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. If the cleaning crew smells obvious smoke inside the residence at checkout, a $500 fine will be imposed. The parking lot can fit up to 6 cars easily. The door code will be sent via the app as soon as the house is cleaned from the previous booking. This house is designed for handicap use. All doorways meet ADA code and there is a ramp on the side of the house.
