Just a mile away from the South Fork of the New River, offering a common area for swimming, fishing (NC fishing license required), and relaxation. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a $125 per dog pet fee (plus tax). Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, each weighing up to 30 pounds, with prior management approval. Accommodations: Main Level: 2 bedrooms: both have a king size bed, each featuring an en suite full bathroom and Roku TVs. Master bathroom includes a lovely claw foot tub and a stand-up shower. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and ice maker), regular coffee maker, and built-in microwave. Open floor plan with dining table for 6 guests and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen peninsula. Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, plus a half bathroom.
