In a quiet and safe neighborhood that is walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars, and activities in the center of town. This property requires a rental agreement and security deposit. Pool is not technically heated, but we keep a solar cover on it to help warm it up! There is also a firepit in the backyard. The pool is open Memorial Day to October 1 Fully stocked updated kitchen. There is also a laundry area that you will have access to. Everything on the property is yours to use except the garage. Guest access Everything on the property except the garage. Other things to note The back side of the living room and kitchen do not have curtains. This allows guests inside to have visibility of the pool area. The backyard is fully fenced in and private.
