The Pool Garden House

The property offers a spectacular 180 degrees sea view. The sunsets are also amazing, so get the cameras ready. The house is near the main town of the island, Ioulida, which has restaurants, cafes, some bars and boutiques. The house has a nice garden with a pool, shaded dining area and a barbecue. Inside the house there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these homes are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The house, which is in a small complex of semi-detached independent houses, is close to the main town of Ioulida (Chora) and has a 180 degrees panoramic sea and sunset view. Interior Description: Ground level: a living room with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Lower level which comes out onto a veranda and the garden: One bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Loft overlooking the living room: a double bed Exterior Description: Outside and near the living room, there is a private swimming pool with a shaded seating and dining area, a barbecue and a large garden that goes all the way round the front and side of the house.
