The new custom pool is conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. The pool is privately used by only the Three Timbers homes: Pine Hollow, Mountain Haven & Winters Haven. It is adjacent to, and easily accessible via a short walk from each home. * Expansive partially covered deck just off the great room * Private pond (fun for feeding fish and enjoying the scenery) * Hot tub + fire pit area * Spacious back porch with comfortable seating and a gas grill * Guests also have access to the Edenderry Pond, a shared community amenity featuring a small beach area, dock, and community fire pit—a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome, and swimming is permitted at your own risk. Pool Details * The swimming pool is open 9am - 9pm in pool season. * ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay, and per the “Pool Availability” calendar below. Pool Availability May 1 – September 3 * The pool is open and may be heated (target water temp: 81°F) for an additional charge of $100/day. [Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature during these months.] April & October (Shoulder months) * The pool remains open but is not heated by default. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee. Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm. Extended Stays Reservations of 28+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Last-Minute Booking Verification For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes: * A clear photo of a government-issued ID * A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name) Please note: Last-minute bookings made within 7 days of check-in are limited to a maximum stay of 28 days.
