The pool is located near the pond & beach area below Pine Hollow and is a short walk from the home. Pool size is 40’ x 16’ with a fenced deck and lounge space. Anticipated hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM and are strictly enforced. Optional pool heat may be available for an additional cost with 72+ hours’ notice. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee. Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm. Extended Stays Reservations of 28+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Payments If booked more than 30 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking. Airbnb Strict 60-Day Cancellation Policy Cancel 61+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate + full cleaning fee (Airbnb service fee is non-refundable). Cancel within 60 days of check-in: non-refundable. Military Discount We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Last-Minute Booking Verification For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes: * A clear photo of a government-issued ID * A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name) Please note: Last-minute bookings made within 7 days of check-in are limited to a maximum stay of 28 days. Reservations exceeding 28 days are not permitted under this booking window. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
