The open main floor features a large kitchen and dining area, living room with pool table, and dry bar. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, cozy linens, and ample closet space. Step outside to the two-tiered deck overlooking Douglas Lake — perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails. Pets are welcome (with a small fee), and The Barn’s proximity to the dock makes it ideal for water lovers. 🌊 Shared Outdoor Spaces Both homes share access to: Private dock on Douglas Lake (shared with “Poppy’s Place” when rented) 4 kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets Outdoor seating areas and lakefront fire pit Note: Douglas Lake is a water-controlled reservoir. Other things to note We do have a private boat dock on Douglas Lake with access to (2) kayaks, paddle board and life jackets. There are several Marinas that rent boats as well. We are on 18 acres of beautiful secluded land with (2) Homes and a boat dock that occupies about 6 of those acres. The Barn is about 150 Yards down a sloping mowed hill from The Lodge. The Boat Dock is directly below The Barn accessible by an asphalt driveway. In the rear of The Barn there is a small deck off of the upstairs sitting area that overlooks the lake. Out front we have a sitting area with a large Gas Grill.
