Off the beaten track, a gorgeous 2-bedroom cottage sitting at the edge of the ocean. Kayak, paddleboard, fish, or lie in the sun and re-charge your soul. Clarks beach is a tiny village 40-mins from Auckland city. We have all the essentials here; grab fish and chips, play a round of golf, or eat at the local restaurants (Thai or Chinwags / bistro). The space The cottage sits a few meters from the sand shores of the Manukau harbor ocean in Auckland New Zealand, surrounded by birds, wildlife and our resident kingfisher family of birds. North facing, full of sunshine. Cosy and warm, double glazed, lovely and comfortable in summer or winter. (Unlimited fibre internet) Perfect location to kayak or paddleboard (supplied with the cottage). Consider fishing, hunting for scallops for dinner (in season), or BBQ'ing under the trees. The beach is tidal, very safe for children. Panoramic views over the ocean, sit and watch the lights of Auckland city by night... Hidden gem, only 40-mins from Auckland city. Guest access You have the whole cottage, a stand alone home. Access has two options - park on the safe quiet road and walk to the cottage, or drive around the public access way via Hall's access. Just 100M over flat grass (no road to the beach - so brilliant and quiet!) Other things to note Lock box for a contactless holiday if you choose. We live up on the ridge, so are here to help with anything should you need it - at a totally separate property so your privacy is always maintained. Internet - unlimited fibre (fast!)
