Lives up to its name with a cosy fireplace! Please note we no longer allow pets. The Cosy Cottage is located approx. 20 minutes drive from Devonport Airport and the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry Terminal. Fully self-contained, open plan, studio-style holiday cottage in a quiet location. The space Enjoy a quiet, peaceful semi-rural location. Fully equipped self-contained, open plan, studio style holiday cottage that is comfortable, clean and cosy. We have tried to think of everything you'll need to make this your home away from home. Guest access The cottage is located on the rear half of our residential property. Fully enclosed yard with approx. half an acre. Undercover parking. Plenty of extra parking for boats, trailers etc. Other things to note The cottage has a queen bed and a single bed. Please note all the beds are located in the same area as lounge, dining area. There are no separate bedrooms. This layout does not suit everyone so please view photos & floorplan diagram. Registration Details DA132012
