Cathedral ceilings add openness to the living area, while the electric fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. 🔥 Whether you’re curled up on the couch watching a movie on the plasma TV with Direct TV or enjoying a DVD from the movie library, the space feels intimate and peaceful. The king bedroom offers a restful retreat with its own TV setup, making lazy mornings and cozy nights even better. Soft linens and towels are provided, and the full bathroom keeps things simple and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need — microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender — whether you’re cooking a full dinner or just preparing breakfast before a day of adventure. AC keeps the cabin cool in warmer months, while baseboard heat ensures comfort when temperatures drop. Other things to note ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
