The apartment has a spacious and bright living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a modern and well equipped kitchen, a dining room, 2 large bedrooms one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a terrace for your romantic Venetian evenings. In this apartment independent heating, air conditioning, wireless connection. Entrance to the apartment is from a calle (street) opposite to the bridge. You can also reach the house by water taxi. Other things to note To avoid extra charges (personal check-in tips), please check in and pay tourist tax online via lionhost site otherwise charges listed will be applied. CITY TAX: Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
