Other things to note House Rules: • Maximum occupancy: 14 guests, including children. • No additional guests allowed. • To give access to the property, it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature). • No smoking. • No pets. • Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. • Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, check out is 11:00 AM. • No noise after 11:00 PM. Cancellation Terms: • Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. • Bookings canceled at least 15 days before the arrival date, a non-refundable down payment. • Bookings canceled within 14 days before the arrival date will not receive a refund. • Bookings for dates in the holiday season (Christmas & New Year's) will not receive a refund. • For Monthly reservations: There is a cancellation fee of $ 500 USD for reservations canceled up to 60 days before the check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date will not receive a refund.
