With views overlooking one of New Zealand's most beautiful bays and just seconds from the white sands of Onetangi beach, this luxury, three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is steps from the white sands of Onetangi beach. The villa is open plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas opening on to the north facing deck with outdoor seating, dining and million dollar views! The space Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the upper level with the master bedroom offering the same stunning sea views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the second and third double bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a separate toilet on the main living level. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed. Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed Please note: A compulsory $240 exit cleaning fee and a $25 per person linen hire fee applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: Mid December to mid January - 7 nights, holiday weekends - 3 nights and 2 nights at all other times. The gas BBQ's are shared with other guests at The Sands. At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private chefs, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping.
