Ocean Coast Luxury Beach House is a newer property built in 2007 with high ceilings, open plan, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of windows. Also, you will have a zoned central AC on each floor. It is a very short distance from the beach. The beach is free for walk-ins. The house is set off the main road, it is quiet and private. This freshly-painted house has all new furniture including beds, mattresses, bedding, sectional sofa, rugs, table lamps, dishes, etc. It's a truly rare space, and we expect our guests to really enjoy the house and location (please read remarks about the neighborhood). The house has new model washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Maximum 2 HOUSEBROKEN dogs are allowed. Pls no cats without any exceptions. No other pets other than dogs. Dogs are not allowed on couches, in beds, or bedrooms, dogs should eat only from the the dog dishes and be crated when left alone). One of full spacious bathrooms is a spa-like bathroom with Jacuzzi. Because we have a lot of beds, the number of made beds depends on the number of guests we host. We are asking to please not use extra beds (whether they are made or not) in any capacity. They are reserved for larger groups. Soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are provided as well as light beach cart, beach chairs beach towels and beach umbrella. Also, we provide iron and ironing board, hangers, hair dryer, some toys, high chair, Pack&Play crib, doggy dishes and blankets. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, powered cream.
