Ocean Coast Luxury Beach House is a newer property built in 2007 with high ceilings, open plan, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of windows. And you will have a zoned central AC on each floor. It is a very short distance from the beach. The beach is free for walk-ins. The house is set off the main road, it is quiet and private. This freshly-painted house has all new furniture including beds, mattresses, bedding, sectional sofa, rugs, table lamps, dishes, etc. It's a truly rare space, and we expect our guests to really enjoy the house and location (please read remarks about the neighborhood). The house has new model washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer. $25 per 1 dog. Maximum 2 HOUSEBROKEN dogs are allowed. Very relactant to accept dogs since we had a bad experience. Breed, etc. info about dogs is required before booking. Pls no cats without any exceptions. No pets other than dogs. Very strict rules regarding dogs (dogs are not allowed on couches, in beds, or bedrooms, dogs should eat only from the the dog dishes and be crated when left alone). Due to the fact that some of our guests do not follow the pet rules, we will keep the deposit if even few dog haris are found in bedrooms not to mention beds, blankets, etc. We have to do it since so many seemingly nice people violate the pet rules. We'll do everything possible to make sure you will enjoy your stay, but dog rules need ot be followed. Hope you will understand.Thank you! One of full spacious bathrooms is a spa-like bathroom with Jacuzzi. Because we have a lot of beds, the number of made beds depends on the number of guests we host. We are asking not to use extra beds (or not made beds) in any capacity. They are reserved for larger groups. Soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, make-up removing pads, etc. are provided as well as light beach chairs, towels, a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach blanket and beach toys. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, etc. Kitchen has a coffee-maker, toaster, electrical pot, multiples dishes, pans and pots. We also provide Pack&Play cribs, crib mattresses, fitted sheets, blankets and toys along with high chairs. Guests will have access to the whole 2,800 sq ft house, Jacuzzi, laundry with high-end washer and dryer. The house has toys for children, Pack & Play cribs with mattresses and fitted sheets, high chair, swing set for babies, toilet seat for children. Also there's a private free parking (on the property behind the house, not on the street), beach, marina. Although now I am in real estate which consumes all my life, I am also a former teacher, member of Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, University Professor, interpreter and translator, and my life has always been about people. I feel sad :) when my phone doesn't ring, and I love it when somebody needs me which explains why I answer my phone 24/7. I don't think it is possible to fake being a people person, and I am certainly is and have always been one. Thus it comes as a given that I will be happy to socialize with the guests and help them with advice, etc. if they need me with the emphasis on the latter because being social, friendly, caring & helpful is different from being intrusive, and your privacy will always be respected. I live 10 min from the house, and I will be available when you need me (either on the phone or in person). I will certainly do my best to make sure you will enjoy staying in my place as well as the neighborhood because I want it to be a memorable experience for you. I pride myself on having long-term relationships with our guests. You could check on our another Stamford house called "Nautical Fairytale Beach House" as well as Norwalk "3-Level Large House" and Greenwich "Large, Chic 5 bdr House/Close to Beach & NYC". The part of Stamford where the house is located is very unique (it is a peninsular called Shippan Point which is surrounded by water from 3 sides). The main road goes all the way to the Atlantic ocean (we call it Long Island Sound since the water is separated from the ocean by a row of low mountains). Thus, where the main road ends, the water starts (takes a 1 min drive by car to reach it). It is a neighborhood like no other: people walk, and jog, and bike there, it has a resort vibe and ocean breeze. There's Cummings Park 10-10+ min walking distance from the house which has 2 large tennis courts, basketball hoops, playgound and a lot of solitary palces surrounded by nature. Famous home-made Ice-Cream Shop is even closer. While being so close to the beach this part of Stamford is also very close to downtown Stamford, highways and the train station to commute to NYC, etc. Public transportation is also available. It is really the best of the two worlds. To sum up the above the house is -few short min walking distance from the West Beach (free access for walk-ins) and a very popular rustic Irish pub Brennan's - around 10 min to an Ice-Cream Shop and Cummings Park - 2 min drive to large grocery store Shop Rite and many restaurants - 5 min drive to downtown Stamford and Train Station The house comes with plenty of free parking space (you do not have to park your car on the street since the parking is on the property right behind the house), and public transportation is available too.
