The boat house is perfect for your boat and you can boat to Chucks for pizza and see Chimney Rock along the way. This place is perfect and private with a huge lakefront to enjoy. A perfect location- easy to get to trails as well. This is special - feels like your own lake house the minute you arrive. The Lodge is an updated lake house how a lake house should be - with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The best part--the outside covered deck that looks over it all!! Everything! The property runs out to the point. Boat rentals are across the slough in Stillwater's, Harbor Pointe or have it brought to your dock by a neighbor on my preferred rental list. you have so much space for yourself. This is a private lane but you are 5 minutes from the Trading Post (with every flavor of ice cream, fishing supplies), restaurants, pizza, specialty coffee shop, etc. We are not on the busy part of the lake which is perfect, but it is an easy ride to Chucks Pizza and Coppers via boat or the new daiquiri bar at Harbor pointe across the slough in Stillwaters. We are in Holiday Shores, on Paces Point, off Highway 34, right across from Stillwater's, if you are a golfer - a great course or a quick 30 minutes to Auburn's Robert Trent Jones course. It is nice to not be so far away from everything yet soooo private. Great hikes are nearby. Hike to the Smith Water Tower! In case you want to park your boat---there is lots of space for both boats and cars. Closest boat ramp is 4 miles to Ramp Road, on Highway 34. The closest marina is Harbor Pointe (Stillwaters resort). The boat house is yours to enjoy!
