The apartment consists of: - 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds) - 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower, one with a shower) - A large living room with a double sofa bed and a Tuscan fireplace - A kitchenette equipped with a table and chairs Additional features: - Located on the first and last floor, with a panoramic view from each window - Two seasonal pools, one of which is a whirlpool, NO hot water - Jacuzzi pool - No heated water - (open from June 1 to September 20, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) - Private square furnished with an umbrella, table, chairs, and deck chairs - The area is ventilated and there are no umbrellas in the pool area. Other things to note - Accommodation tax to be paid in cash upon arrival - Arrival time must be communicated in advance - The pool with Jacuzzi does not have hot water, it is seasonal (1 June-20 September) and is outside the apartment. -Jacuzzi pool - No heated water It is at your complete disposal and can be operated at any hour by pressing a simple button. - The cost required for the final cleaning is symbolic and includes bed linen and towels. It does not include towels for the pool. - If requested, we can add a crib included in the price. - Dogs are prohibited from accessing the pool area Wood for the fireplace is not provided. -The fireplace is prohibited to do BBQ. -The BBq is mobile and must be brought outside and placed above the lawn.
