The living room has table and chairs for 6 people and a comfortable leisure area with several sofas and puffs, among them a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people with all comfort, Lcd Tv with international channels and fireplace. The living room has a very nice balcony with outdoor dining area. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a small sunroom, ideal for laundry area. In the private area there are three bedrooms. One has a private bathroom and a double bed and features a leisure area on a closed balcony. The bathroom has a shower. Hair dryer, towels, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo are available. The other two rooms are double, and each have two single beds. Both of these rooms share a common sunroom area with a leisure area and play games for the younger ones. Next to these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower cabin. All rooms have wardrobes and heating. Although it is easy and free to park in this neighborhood, the apartment includes parking space in the building.
