The holiday apartment "Anna" is one of 16 apartments located in the historic GulfhofBOOMGAARD in Upleward. The recently refurbished farm is surrounded by idyllic nature and the ideal starting point for various activities in East Frisia and the North Sea. "Anna" is a tastefully renovated 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful real wood floorboards and old beams. With her 61 m2, it is ideal for two to four people. The view from the windows goes in the direction of the dike, orchard garden and garden pond. Living area: Comfortable living and dining area that invites you to linger with natural materials, a soothing color scheme and comfortable furniture. Kitchen: The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dish towels, a PHILIPS Senseo Pad machine and a filter coffee maker. Two bedrooms: In bedroom 1 there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and there is enough space to set up another cot. The bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are darkening blinds. Shower room: There is a walk-in rain shower in the modern bathroom. In addition to the pleasant underfloor heating, there is a large radiator to dry wet towels faster. Throughout the apartment there is a screen on the windows. Outdoor area: The apartment has its own terrace with fire pit on the common area in the park. The terrace is equipped with Kettler garden furniture for four people, a parasol and a Weber ball grill (charcoal). Parking spaces for cars and bicycles: Parking for cars on premises. Bikes can be stored and connected in the bike shed in a weather-protected manner. There are three charging stations for e-bikes. From the apartment Anna there are just 2 km to the dry beach, with a swimming spot from the dike and a beautiful playground for children.
