The apartment "Anna" is one of 16 apartments located in the historic GulfhofBOOMGAARDEN in Upleward. The recently renovated farm is surrounded by idyllic nature and the ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities in East Frisia and on the North Sea. "Anna" is a tastefully renovated 3-room apartment with beautiful real wood planks and old beams. With its 61 m², it is ideal for two to four people. The view from the windows is towards the dyke, orchard and garden pond. Living area: Comfortable living and dining area that invites you to linger with natural materials, a soothing color scheme and comfortable furniture. Kitchen: The fully equipped modern kitchen includes, for a microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, dish towels as well as a PHILIPS Senseo pad machine and a filter coffee machine. Two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and there is enough space to set up a cot. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. Shower room: There is a walk-in rain shower in the modern bathroom. In addition to the pleasant underfloor heating, there is a large radiator to dry wet towels faster. There are screens on the windows throughout the apartment. Outdoor area: The apartment has its own terrace with a fireplace in the common area in the park. The terrace is equipped with Kettler garden furniture for four people, a parasol and a Weber kettle grill (charcoal). Parking spaces for cars and bicycles: parking for cars on the premises. Bicycles can be parked and locked in the bicycle shed, protected from the weather. Three charging stations for e-bikes are provided. From the apartment Anna it is just under 2 km to the dry beach, here there is a swimming area behind the dyke and a nice playground for children.
