NEWLY REMODELED. Modern Condo on a private bay beach. Ideal for people who love calm water and fish. 3 minutes walk to the gulf beach where you can hit the waves! Newly remodeled/furnished. Sleeps up to 6 people. 1 queen bed in the bedroom. 1 queen sofa in the living room. 1 daybed with trundle (2 twin mattresses in the living room.) COME BE OUR FIRST GUESTS! The sleeper sofa can sleep two people. Day bed with trundle has two separate twin matresses. There is an elevator in the building. Fishing peer on the property and pool. Private bay beach. Any special request? Just let us know. Entire Condo Our parents live in the city and take care of the condo. You can contact them during your stay. We are a few feet away from a natural preserve. You can drive anywhere you like. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Please note that the daybed in the living room can accommodate two people. It has a twin mattress on the top and then a trundle pulls out from the bottom with an additional mattress. These are not two free-standing twin beds. Please understand we are located on the BAY side of the island. We have a private beach with sand and it is lovely for swimming. The walk to the Gulf side is about 5 minutes across the island. Please look at the map. YOUR STAY There is a parking lot on the property. There are no designated parking spots but you should not have any issues with parking two cars. We will send you a door code prior to your check-in. No physical keys needed. Please be respectful to your neighbors and no loud noise after 11:00 p.m. Basic cooking dishes are provided. Please bring your own groceries. We have two beach chairs, umbrella, and kids beach toys. Please do not leave anything on the beach. We have a variety of board games for you. Please leave them as you have found them upon your departure. Rips, damage or permanent stains will be deducted from your security deposit to replace as well as broken or missing items from the condo. This includes games, vases, dishes among other things you will find there. We put a lot of work into making the home beautiful for our guests so please be respectful. Four beach towels will be provided but feel free to bring your own as well. Please keep AC on only if doors and windows are closed. No smoking inside the unit. Bring your own fishing equipment. You responsible for your own fishing licensing that is applicable to your activities. Bring your own bait and hooks. Keep the sand out of the condo. Please rinse off any chairs with water prior to putting them back. There is an outdoor shower on the property. HAVE FUN! DEPARTURE Please leave all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
