The owner is also supplying 9 beach/pool towels and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs for guest use during your stay. Please be aware that if any of these courtesy items (bikes, towels, or chairs) are lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, no refund will be issued, as they are offered as a complimentary convenience. Guest access About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools. Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.  Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east. Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities. INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks! Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Starting March 1, 2022 Golf cart rentals by 30A Gulf Carts are permitted within the Prominence neighborhood. The rental of these carts is first come, first serve with limited availability. No other golf carts are permitted in Prominence other than 30A Gulf Cart rentals or carts owned by homeowners. Information on how to reserve your golf cart can be found in our app. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.
