This house has tropical plants all around it, and is itself painted light green, so Villa Verde (Green Villa) was a natural name for it. Guest access Guests have full access to: • All indoor and outdoor facilities, including patios and BBQ areas. • Beach equipment, such as chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for a perfect beach day. • Secure, off-street parking for one car. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address. Acceptance of Rental Agreement. Names and ages of all guests. • Smoking is not allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted. • No parties or excessive noise allowed— this is a residential area.
