This home offers five bedrooms spread out over four levels, a private hot tub, 3 King beds and 3 en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms, two dining areas, a large living area, and an executive office that is one of the best rooms in the house! Sunrise Point is warm and cozy with perks for families with children including a pack-n-play, high chair, many board games and children's dress-up space complete with costumes and toys. The heated 2-car garage has plenty of space for gearing up and storing skis, boots and boards. From this great location, intermediate/advanced skiers walk 50 yards to a private gate which leads to the neighborhood Burro Trail (not in ski boundary), lock into skis or board and ski or ride this trail that emerges at the Quick Silver lift on Peak 9. Detailed instructions with photos can be reviewed after reservation confirmation and will also be found inside the home. We will happily provide more details and provide first-hand knowledge as we have used the trail ourselves! Shuttle: Ski season (Nov-April) and summer season (June-August) ride the free neighborhood shuttle loops nonstop during the day every 15 minutes. Access to/from Peak 9 is easy, fast and does not require a long walk or long waits. Maximum occupancy is 12 or 10 adults. Max of 4 cars (2 in driveway and 2 in garage). Skier Access: There are multiple options for getting to the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort. 1. Drive 1.5 miles to skier parking at the Gondola lots. 2. Late Nov-early April: Take the free shuttle just 20 yards outside the front door to Peak 9. 3. Use the intermediate/advanced ski-in/out trail: To access this trail, the user walks 50 yards from the front door to an outdoor stairway leading to the trail where skier puts on skis and then navigates a narrow trail to Peak 9. This trail is not groomed by the resort, may require polling in some sections, and is snow dependent. The trail typically has enough snow from late December to end of March. Returning to this trailhead from the ski resort requires descent on an expert level Peak 10 trail, or a free shuttle ride back to the townhome.
