The space Entire building newly renovated. There are two units in the building of the house. You will be in the main unit which has two floors for you. You have your own parking spot which is only on the right side of the driveway on a parallel parking and private entrance, private deck and amenities. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and family oriented. The other unit is in the basement. Sweet Home Georgia Royalty was designed by me and everything was carefully thought of for the perfect stay. There are lighting of many colors with a remote control for a romantic feel and a star like projector lighting perfect for kids and adults to ensure dreamy and peaceful nights. There is coffee and tea for you to start your morning. There are toothbrush, toothpaste and soap so you don't have to worry about that on your first night if you forgot yours at home. For those who love cooking, the kitchen has everything you would ever need to make that warm meal for you and yours. Do you have sleep issues? Our rooms are designed for those with light sensitivity too or those who want to peek the sunrise. The curtains are black out curtains, the beds are very comfortable and the paintings inspire sense of comfort, romance or family living. There is fast wifi, printer, papers and work desk for those on business, remote job or anyone who wishes to print their tickets. No more driving out just to print. The sofas are very comfortable with Netflix, Starz and Roku subscriptions to watch News, Live TV or your favorite shows. You can gaze through the glass to view the gorgeous patio or sit out there and the outdoor fireplace for warmth and barbecue. The parking spot for you on the driveway can take two cars on your right side of the drive way and one on the street side. The neighborhood is quiet and people love to keep to themselves. The bedrooms are gorgeous, each with its private bathrooms that are designed with paintings and art works. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguisher in place and also smoke, gas & carbon-monoxide detectors. No parties allowed in order to keep the neighborhood quiet. I have a video doorbell at the entrance door that records and you can also communicate with me on it. I also have an audio/video camera in the backyard of Unit A that captures their own entrance and their deck. The building houses two different units. There is a one bedroom in the basement for other guests and if you would like to book that, it’s part of our collections. You don’t share door entrance with them. They have their own gate and fence and can’t go over to yours. They also have their own deck and are closed off from accessing your deck. You also do not share the deck with them. They are very separate units that only share the same building only. They take the left side of the driveway. Guest access You will have the entire ground floor and top floor to yourself. The deck is also private and for you only. You have your own entrance and amenities. Nothing is shared. The driveway spot has been allocated to each unit. There is a one bedroom basement home in the same building with its own entrance and guests. Your deck isn’t shared and it’s sealed off completely from anyone coming upstairs. Your side of the driveway isn’t shared. Your spot is the right side on a parallel line. They take the left side on parallel line. You can also book the basement home separately. I don’t live there but I’m available for emergencies. Other things to note You will have the entire ground floor and top floor to yourself. Your deck isn’t shared and it’s sealed off completely from anyone coming upstairs. Your side of the driveway isn’t shared. You can also book the basement home separately. I don’t live there but I’m available for emergencies. During night time till dawn, please avoid making loud noises (especially music in the driveway from cars or playing loud music on the deck) so as not to upset sleeping neighbors. Night time means when it gets dark. During day time, respectably play music and keep the place loud noise free. You know the kind of noise that disrupts a neighborhood and makes everyone restless. Please don’t go to my neighbors for anything. They have no issues with guests at all as they are well aware it’s an Airbnb home but they like their privacy and will prefer not to be tour guides. Call or text me instead. I’m always happy to answer any questions no matter what type. A person who asks questions never loses their way so ask me. There will be a damage fee if home gets damaged by guest, items get stolen or if the no smoking rule is violated. Smoke only outside and use the trash can on the deck or front yard when done for safety purposes. Also all gold cutleries are counted so don't take any out of the home. There are disposable cups for take outs unread. Kindly keep items intact for the next guest to enjoy because it will be hard trying to replace them on short notice for next guests. There are also 2 comforters in the living room, usable in the living room or outdoor if cold. See, my rules are that easy. Only thing you do during check out is to take out trash, so the house maintains a good scent, stack dishes in the dishwasher if you can, to turn off all electronic devices, gas cooker then lock the door upon check out. Very simple process.
